Entertainment (movies, parties, video games etc.)
Enter your monthly cost for the children's fun, like movies, parties, or video games.
Health insurance (including dental and vision)
Enter the monthly cost of the children's health insurance, including dental and vision.
Medical, dental, prescriptions (nonreimbursed only)
Enter monthly medical, dental, and prescription costs that insurance does not pay back.
Psychiatric/psychological/counselor
Enter your monthly cost for the children's therapy or counseling.
Orthodontic
Enter your monthly cost for the children's braces or orthodontic care.
Grooming
Enter your monthly cost for the children's haircuts and grooming.
Nonprescription medications, supplements, and vitamins
Enter your monthly cost for over-the-counter medicines, supplements, and vitamins for the children.
