WRITTEN AGREEMENT. Check this box ONLY if you and your spouse have a written agreement regarding maintenance of a spouse, division of property/debt, legal decision-making, parenting time and child support that both of you signed BEFORE you filed the "Petition for Dissolution of Marriage".
Check this box only if you and your spouse already signed a written agreement covering support, property, debts, decision-making, and parenting time before you filed your petition. Leave it blank if you only talked about these things.
