Both parties agree to waive the final round of financial disclosure — only available in uncontested divorces.

What this form does

California requires two rounds of financial disclosure — preliminary and final. In uncontested cases where both parties have negotiated a settlement, FL-144 allows them to waive the final disclosure round by mutual agreement. Both parties sign, confirming they have already exchanged all necessary financial information.
