What this form does
FL-141 is filed with the court to confirm that you served your financial disclosure documents on the other party. Unlike FL-140 which is served but not filed, FL-141 IS filed with the court as proof that the exchange happened. Required in every dissolution case.

File after serving your financial disclosure package on the other party.
