Served on the restrained person along with the TRO — tells them when and where to appear for the full restraining order hearing.
What this form does
DV-109 is issued by the court alongside the TRO. It notifies the restrained person of the date, time, and location of the full hearing where both sides will be heard. The restrained person must be served with both the DV-110 (TRO) and the DV-109 (hearing notice) before the hearing can proceed.
