⚡ Just got served?
You have deadlines. Missing them means the court only hears their side.
Respond to papers →Arizona Superior Court handles divorce, legal decision-making, parenting time, child support, and orders of protection. Every county has one Superior Court. The forms are statewide — the same ones whether you're in Maricopa or Mohave.
We walk you through exactly what to fill out, in plain English, and produce the forms ready to sign and file.

What Arizona requires — before you file
1
90-day residency. You or your spouse must have lived in Arizona continuously for at least 90 days before filing for divorce. Active military stationed in AZ qualifies.
2
60-day waiting period. Arizona requires at least 60 days between when your spouse is served and when the divorce can be finalized. The clock starts at service, not at filing.
3
Parent Information Program. If children are involved, both parents must complete a court-approved parenting class (available online, about 4–8 hours) before the judge signs the final decree.
4
Rule 97 financial disclosures. Both parties must exchange financial information — income, expenses, property, debts — within 40 days of the other party being served.
5
Covenant marriage is different. If you signed a Declaration of Intent for Covenant Marriage, different forms and legal grounds apply. Most people do not have a covenant marriage.
Arizona uses its own language. The court says 'legal decision-making' not custody, and 'parenting time' not visitation. We use Arizona's language throughout so what you fill out matches what the court expects.
